For one of our clients, we make 9 larger and smaller frames of varying sizes. These are ordered several times a year with a series size of 3 to 6 units at a time. We TIG weld these stainless steel frames ourselves, after which we do as much of the finishing as possible in one clamping. Due to the high demands placed on the frame, each one is, of course, delivered with a measurement report. And prior to being pickled externally, we carry out extensive checks to ensure the absence of chips/residue inside the tube frame and to check for any remaining sharp edges.
